All Badger Ordnance scope rails are Milled from pre-hardned 4142 ordnance steel and machined to the 1913 MIL STD (Picatinny) specs and coated with Mil spec Manganese phosphate.

All Badger rails have an integral recoil lug to manage the recoil forces created by heavy Tactical scopes. Torx® screws are supplied for mounting.
