The BlackOps Technologies SPECTER NV Mount is designed specifically for the more narrow stocks, such as the Manners MCS-T and the McMillan HTG.  Until now, the end user hasn't had the capability of running the AN/PVS series of Night Vision Devices on these stocks.  The end user can also run any of the side mounted laser devices by way of the side rails.  All rails meet MilStd 1913.

The SPECTER NV Mount is manufactured from 6061-T6 Aluminum and is Hard-Coat Anodized.  The mount is available as a kit with detailed instructions.  

An adapter kit will be available to use the SPECTER NV Mount in conjunction with the ATLAS Spigot Mount.
