PACA Heat Sealed IIIA panels for Eagle Plate Carriers.

PACA's new IIIA PC series of ballistic panel is a result of advanced engineering.  PACA's PC series combines lightweight, high-performance materials that are  Certified to NIJ IIIA standards. This combination provides extraordinary performance, comfort and value while taking its place in history as a breakthrough in armor design. The PC package will fit in the Eagle Industries Plate Carrier (with or without cummerbund)  These panels are Heat Sealed to help retain performance in wet/humid environments.  This product does not included the inserts for the cummerbund, which are sold separately.
