PACA Heat Sealed SPR IIIA panels for Eagle CIRAS and Law Enforcement Armor Carriers (SPEAR/BALCS pattern).

PACA's new IIIA SPR series of ballistic panels is a result of advanced engineering.  PACA's SPR series combines lightweight, high-performance materials that are  Certified to NIJ IIIA standards. This combination provides extraordinary performance, comfort and value while taking its place in history as a breakthrough in armor design. The SPR package will fit in either the Eagle Maritime or Land version CIRAS, Eagle Law Enforcement Armor Carriers and other products that are designed to carry the SPEAR/BALCS pattern armor. These panels are Heat Sealed to help retain performance in wet/humid environments.
