Triad Tactical, Inc. :: Shipping Policy

OUR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL JULY 30th. Orders may still be placed online, but the will not be shipped until after the 30th.

Shipping Policy

1. Domestic (US) Shipping:
UPS is our primary method of shipping. 
UPS Ground - Usually ships within 1-2 days
UPS 3 Day Select - Usually ships next day
UPS 2nd Day Air - Usually ships next day
UPS Next Day Air - Usually ships next day

·        All orders are shipped insured by Triad Tactical Inc.
·        Delivery times based on selection of expedited services are not guaranteed.
·        APO/FPO will use USPS Priority Mail even if UPS is selected.  Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. 
·        Actual shipping and handling fees may be different from that which is shown during checkout.  The fees may be adjusted at the time the order is processed by Triad Tactical, Inc.
 
2. Shipping outside the US:

UPS International- Usually ships within 1-2 days
USPS Priority Mail International - Usually ships within 5-7 business days
·        Triad Tactical, Inc is not responsible in any way, for fees charged by the shipping agent selected, dues, taxes or duties imposed on your package.
·        Packages that are to be insured MUST be declared at value equal to that which it is to be insured for.  This means that we cannot declare a package value at $80.00 and insure if for $300.00.
·        Do not order items that are prohibited from being imported to your country!  If an order is returned to Triad Tactical, Inc by customs because it contains a prohibited item(s), you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
·        Good news is that we try to reduce the TACTICAL sound of the items when we write the customs declarations.
·        If you have special shipping concerns, please contact us using the contact information listed.

3.   For orders that are damaged in shipping:
·        Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
·        Photograph and save the damaged item and the packaging.  If you don't do this, WE CAN'T FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF.
