We are currently experiencing high demand for our products. Our shipping times are about two days behind normal for UPS ground. If the shopping cart sells you an item, it should be in stock, please dont call and ask. If there is a problem, you will be notified ASAP. When your order ships, the shipping information will be sent to the email address you entered. Please check your SPAM.

Rules of Engagement

1. The product information screen will show you if an item is OUT OF STOCK. If the shopping cart sells an item to you, it "should" be in stock. As accurate as we hope the system is, there is always the possibility of human error. If an item that has been purchased is out of stock, you will be notified ASAP.

2. If an item is out of stock on the site, it is most likely already on back-order with the manufacturer.

3. International orders take longer to process. If you are one of our international customers, please don't order items that are marked as not for export, or items that are not allowed to be imported into your country.
