Triad Tactical, Inc. :: Warranty/Returns

Triad Tactical Inc shipping and customer service will be closed until DEC 5th 2015.  Orders may still be placed online at any time, shipping will resume after the 5th.



If the shopping cart sells an item to you, it should be in stock. 
If you call Triad to see if an item is in stock, we will use the web site to check, just like you can do online.


Warranty Information:

If there is an issue with a product that is defective, please contact the manufacture of the product first.  Triad Tactical Inc. does not stock spare/replacement parts.  If you are not able to contact the manufacture, then please contact Triad Tactical Inc for warranty assistance.

How do I return something to Triad Tactical, Inc?

At Triad Tactical, Inc, we stand behind our products.  If there is an issue with a product, you have 30 days in which to bring it to our attention:

When returning items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.  A service charge of 5% will be charged, and deducted from your refund.  This does not apply to defective items.  If you order something and don’t like the color, shape function, Man-Up and admit it, don’t try to invent a fake defect with the product.

3. We will not issue refunds for used merchandise.

4.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
